Expressed opinions Entrepreneur Contributors are their own.
Especially since it is a new form of investment, encouraging and supporting communities to play an important role in the NFT space. Each community has its own unique set of qualities, of course (e.g. exclusivity), but which one defines the truly powerful one and how to build a successful NFT community on your own?
Set a vision and goal
It is vital to have a vision and a plan for what you want to do with your NFT project That’s the decent thing to do, and it should end there. Its size will depend on the scope of the project, but there can be no community unless people believe in your ideas. ফলSuccessful NFT projects go out of the industry: these are for a specific audience and about a specific emotion.
Choose your platform
Most of the NFT community is active on two platforms – Twitter and Discord – and it is important to understand their differences. Twitter is used for public communication with members of the community as well as outsiders who may be interested in joining. Think of it as a channel to encourage people to interact with your content and what it’s like to be a member. The language used is more informal and memes play a big role on NFT Twitter. The more people involved, the better, and there are several strategies you can use to get more involved with their content, including gifts, events, and puzzles. People express themselves openly here and it is also easy to get the attention of the main influencers. Use both attributes to your advantage.

Discord is used to communicate directly with your community – a real-time platform to deliver information to its members, as well as a location where the community itself is formed. A well-discorded community provides a seamless onboarding experience with quick access to important projects and team information, and everyone should have at least one “Welcome,” “Official Link,” “Announcement” and “FAQ” channel.
People may have additional questions about your project, so setting up a channel or a ticketing system using a Discord bot to help them is a great idea. But keep in mind that having too many channels can be tedious, so keep them relevant. Rarely.
Additionally, think outside the box to explore what matches your vision and project objectives. Having an Instagram or Snapchat account is a great option to offer brief updates or behind-the-scenes content from the project builders. Both platforms provide great and unique AR capabilities, to develop and create immersive experiences that can be integrated into your marketing and communications plan.
Create exciting events
Events play an important role in building a strong NFT community. The idea is for people to communicate with each other in a pleasurable way, because everyone wants to be a part of something bigger than themselves. Twitter Space is a great platform for hosting events like the weekly AMA, and Discord is also a platform where you can host events.
To create a stronger community of like-minded people, consider hosting a gaming competition or a movie night.
An additional incentive to attend an event, which is growing in use and application, is the Proof of Attendance Protocol, or POAP. A new way to keep a record of life experiences, these are unique badges supported by a cryptographic record, and also NFTs. You can give these to those who participated in the event and they are completely free to create.
The AR experience can both drive and transform the digital experience in your community and fit well into your marketing strategies. You can create digital puzzles for community members and perhaps give them an NFT or other gift as a reward for solving them. You have the opportunity to create a whole new environment for members to explore.
Another option is to use Discord Bot to create interesting activities, and developers around the world have created free bots, so take advantage of this. Moderation, leveling, trivia and other features are available based on the bots you add to your community server.

Build confidence
It’s important to build a strong team and foundation around your NFT project and community. Of course you cannot predict what will happen, and you must communicate effectively with its members to develop trust. They want you to be available to them 24 hours a day, seven days a week and it is helpful to have a community manager and moderator to assist you.
You can’t suspend your releases for weeks while working on your NFT project: it will erode trust. In case of delay, explain to the members in full detail and openly what exactly went wrong. (Most of the time, people will understand.) Also, be open to feedback and pay attention to what others have to say. Communicate at all times, even when the worst situations happen.
We’ve seen many discord communities compromise using social engineering, so it’s important for your community to implement security measures and set up discord permissions properly. Do not give people administrator privileges, and alert your members and moderators to any fraud. No one can be trusted.

Here are some additional safety tips to consider:
Be careful when clicking on unexpected links. If you leave Discord by clicking on a link that takes you to an external site, the website may access your personal information.
You can reduce the frequency of exposure to malicious links and phishing attempts by turning off your direct messages (and even friend requests).
Avoid downloading unfamiliar files from people you don’t directly know or trust. Never run .SCR or .EXE files.
Be careful about disclosing personal information.
• Discord or employees of other platforms will never ask for your password or any other personal information via text or voice chat.
Stay tuned for disguised fraud Always double-check the Discord Token ID (a string of letters and numbers used as the authorization code to gain access to your account) of the person you’re talking to. You can get this by enabling developer mode in your Discord profile settings.
